Albert is a Texas native that moved to the Williston Basin Area in 2014. He spent seven years in the Texas Army National Guard with tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2013, Albert got his CDL and started driving over the road. While he did enjoy driving trucks he was not satisfied with the position. He heard other drivers talking about the land of opportunity that was North Dakota. He decided he needed to come to see this place for himself and give it a go in the oil patch. Searching online, while a little sketchy, he quickly found a job and drove up here from Texas. When he experienced negative-degree weather for the first time, that really made him question his decision to come from Texas. The first town he lived in was Dickinson. There he would meet his wife at the bowling alley. A few dates and Albert knew he had found the one. They would go on to start a family and have 4 beautiful children. Albert and his family moved to Williston at the end of 2015. He enjoys camping with his family at many of the wonderful nearby spots. Growing up in El Paso, Tx, he never really fished much. Here, however, his wife got him into the sport. Williston has grown on him, and he can’t imagine living anywhere else now.  With a large family, Albert decided that he was ready for a career change. He became a licensed Real Estate Agent and now helps his clients find the perfect properties.   Albert is dedicated and detail-oriented.
