Cami has been a leader in the field of property management for many years, building successful relationships with clients and staff, and navigating the obstacles associated with managing high volume properties in the challenging North Dakota housing environment. She was a founding member of two highly successful businesses based in North Dakota. Beginning in 2013 with her first ND property, she built her portfolio from 00-577 apartments, and 157,000 sq. ft of commercial property in just under 3 years. During that time, she also co-created a maintenance and landscape company in order to control the skyrocketing prices and high quality of work that she insisted on. She most recently managed an 800 unit “man camp” style park which included 115 cabins, over 200 RV’s and RV lot spaces.

She is celebrated by her clients for building world-class teams and raising the bar with respect to occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction amidst difficult market conditions. The experience she has gleaned and the relationships she has built makes her the perfect person to run the operations of our company. 

Before beginning her career in property management, Cami was an Operations Officer at US Bank where she acquired extensive skills and aptitude in finance and asset management. 
Cami is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). 

Cami has been married to her husband Mark for 30 years and has two sons who serve in the U.S. Air Force. She is a proud grandmother of three. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and traveling.
