Janelle was born and raised in a small mountain town in Northern Idaho. She grew up in the great outdoors enjoying the lake and ski mountain. After marrying her high school sweetheart Stefan, they moved to Williston in 2014 to start a new adventure together. They wanted to experience life outside of the small town they both grew up in and really find themselves. Moving to Williston was the best decision they have ever made.

 

Janelle’s passion for real estate started at a young age thanks to her family’s house flipping business and ski cabin rental.  

In 2017 she started her own real estate investment company that focuses on long term, out of state rentals, her company quadrupled its door count in two years.

 

With her background in banking, lending and real estate investments, it was a natural transition for Janelle to follow her heart into real estate. She made the decision to obtain her real estate license so she could further her real estate career by helping others with their real estate dreams.
