Tamara Challinor


   Tamara brings a wealth of life and business experience to the Proven team.  Originally from Libby, Montana, she grew up raising animals and started training horses at a young age.  She eventually completed an advanced welding course then turned her interest to automobiles.  She has always had a strong passion for cars and trucks which led to a 5-year career in outside sales within the heavy-duty trucking industry.

Matthew Charbonnet is a long time Williston resident.  After graduating from WHS in 2008 he pursued a career in oil and gas.  During his time in the industry, Matt wore many hats from floorhand to top drive technician to an instructor.  This helped him to develop great problem-solving and personal communication skills.

Once in ND, Dan decided to work in the Property Management field, which he did for 6+ years. He was great at his job, knew all of his tenants by name and went out of his way to help wherever and whenever he could.  Unfortunately, in 2018 a tornado hit the park that he managed and took out many of his tenants’ homes, but during this terrible event, his world was rocked by the kindness and graciousness of the Watford City community.
