Sowmya is an experienced Appraisal Analyst and Operations Virtual Assistant at Proven Realty, supporting multiple appraisers by building customized, high-quality appraisal reports across a wide variety of property types. With a strong foundation in commercial real estate analysis and operations, she brings an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and operational excellence to the team.

Before joining Proven Realty, Sowmya worked as an Appraisal Analyst at Park Corporates, where she collaborated with multiple appraisers to prepare customized appraisal reports, conducted in-depth data research, and performed property-specific valuation analyses. Prior to that, she worked at Newmark CRE Services Private Limited as an Investment Sales Analyst within the Multifamily Capital Markets division. Her background includes conducting comprehensive financial analyses, valuation modeling, underwriting for real estate investments, and working directly with appraisal teams on the preparation of detailed market reports, site analyses, sales and income comparisons, and tenant overviews. She is proficient with industry tools such as CoStar, REIS, RealQuest, Lightbox, Valcre, LoopNet, and Crexi, as well as advanced data research through county databases and assessor offices.

Sowmya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) from ICBM-SBE, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Statistics) from the Indian Institute of Management and Commerce. In addition to her strong academic background, she completed an internship with FinacPlus, where she worked on the standardization of U.S. corporate financial reports.

Outside of her professional life, Sowmya enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, arts and crafts, and photography. A native of Hyderabad, India, she comes from a close-knit family and brings a strong sense of dedication and hard work to everything she does.
